Several maps are available. Map 1- A picture of Australia taken from space - a fun photo to help you get your bearings. Map 2 - Graphic of the Woongarra Marine Park boundaries. Map 3 - A stunning composite of 6 aerial photos taken in 1991, when the Marine Park was first established. The resolution is good, but the file size is 1.5 MB. Allow up to 5 minutes with a 56k modem. (Worth the wait!)

The Woongarra Marine Park Monitoring & Education Project is an initiative of the Australian Marine Conservation Society - Bundaberg & District Branch and is funded by Coastcare. In 2001, the WMPM&EP moved under the auspices of Central Queensland University where it has been granted reseach status.
